Don't be caught off guard with a high electric bill! Equalize your monthly electric bill payments by enrolling in our Budget Billing Program. The program is available to any member that has accumulated a 12-month historical record of normal electrical consumption at their present metering point and whose account is in good standing with WIN Energy REMC.
Budget Billing allows you to pay the same amount each month on your electric bill for eleven months. Budget accounts are settled annually based on the enrollment month. Any credit or debit balance existing in month twelve of the budget year will be rolled into the next budget year and the monthly budget amount will be adjusted accordingly. You can view and track your actual usage and account balance on your monthly billing statements or view your bills online.
Sign up now by calling the office at 800-882-5140 and ask for the billing department or simply print the online Budget Billing Application Form and return it to WIN Energy REMC, 3981 S US Highway 41, Vincennes, IN 47591.
You must pay your budget billing amount by the due date each month or your account will be removed from the program and put on regular billing immediately.
Any member choosing to withdraw from the budget billing plan must complete the Budget Billing Removal Form and shall remain out of the plan for twelve months before becoming eligible to re-enroll in the program.
