All rebate requests must be made in person at one of our offices located in Vincennes, Princeton or Sullivan.
A bill of sale is required and must include the following information:
*Installation Date *Model and Serial number
*SEER Rating *Previous type of heating system (if replacing existing system)
*Equipment Size *WIN Energy account number where unit was installed
*FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE ABOVE INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF REBATE
*BY RECEIVING A REBATE THE MEMBER AGREES TO PARTICIPATE IN WIN ENERGY'S LOAD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
*ALL REBATE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PERSON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INSTALLATION/PURCHASE DATE
*ALL INSTALLATIONS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION VERIFICATION
